1. Who we are

PageRank Status (pagerankstatus.org) is a product of Xeviora. Xeviora is a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, installing our browser extension, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PageRank Status.

2. The service

PageRank Status provides free SEO tools (such as SEO Page Ranker, Search Engine Spider Simulator, Word Counter and What's My Browser), a Chrome extension that audits the page you are viewing inside your browser, and a SaaS platform with page audits, indexability checks, keyword research and AI-assisted content writing, rewriting and GEO (generative engine optimization) tools. Scores and checks are based on our own fetch of the pages you submit. We have no access to Google's internal data and do not publish Google PageRank values.

We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. If we remove a core paid feature you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and request a refund under our Refund Policy.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Payments, billing and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Checkout for all Xeviora products is handled securely on xeviora.com. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Charges appear on your card or bank statement as "PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA" (or "PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET" for PayPal). For invoices, receipts, payment methods and refunds you can also visit https://paddle.net.

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Starter, Pro and Business) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page or via the link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

6. Credits

Credits are prepaid usage units that can only be used within PageRank Status to access its features. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for any other product or service. Credits are not a stored-value or payment instrument. Plan credits are added to your balance when each billing period is paid (yearly plans receive all twelve months of credits at once), and new accounts receive a one-time allowance of free credits; credits stay in your balance while your account is open. Refunds for purchases that include credits are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase. See our Refund Policy at https://www.pagerankstatus.org/refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PageRank Status to: break any law; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; access content or data you are not authorised to access; violate the terms of third-party websites or services; send spam or unsolicited messages; collect personal data about others without a lawful basis; interfere with or overload our systems; or resell or share the service without our permission.

You may not use AI features to create or distribute: content depicting a real person without their explicit consent; face swaps, deepfakes or voice imitations; sexual or adult content; content that infringes intellectual property or trademarks (including other companies' logos); academic work to be submitted as your own; medical, legal or financial advice; or anything illegal, harmful or deceptive. AI output can be inaccurate — verify it before relying on it. We may filter inputs and outputs and suspend accounts that violate this section.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you (for example, to store, process or display it). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use with PageRank Status.

10. Intellectual property

PageRank Status, Xeviora and their software, design and branding belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on our sites (such as Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini) belong to their owners; PageRank Status is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

11. Disclaimers and liability

PageRank Status is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Termination

You can stop using PageRank Status and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Cancellation of a paid plan is handled as described in section 5.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
